The Blue Teardrop pendant necklace was introduced by Avon in 1972. The pendant features a large turquoise teardrop cabochon. The cabochon is encircled by a polished silver-tone piece that is framed by a textured silver-tone rope setting. The pendant has a textured rope bale and measures approximately 1¾” H  x  1” W. The pendant hangs from a 40” double link cable chain that closes with a spring ring clasp. The necklace can be adjusted to be worn 3 other ways (see photos) by using the single circle link found about halfway down the chain. This beautiful necklace is signed  AVON © on the back of the pendant and is in excellent vintage condition.
